Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Utah
Reasons for appealing
I am doing a Pro Se appeal. I need to be able to quote ''statutes, rules, or cases'' and ''Standard of Review'' for my reasons. My reasons are: provable perjury by witness and the opposing party. Error of law by the trial judge and disability prejudice by the trial judge. Please Help!

Re: Reasons for appealing
You will need to spend a lot of time researching the case and issues at a law library or get an attorney. Some people qualify for lowered attorney fees at Utah Legal Services.
