Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
bad check
I was recently employed by a company that wrote me a bad check. I wonder do I have any legal recourse? I have been given every excuse from death in the family to I am wiring the money today. This has gone on for over a month

Re: bad check
You can send them notice and a demand for payment plus bank charges under the Utah Code; you can contact Utah Dept of Workforce Services; or your local police department.
