Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
My bank account of Wells Fargo bank had been withdrawal for big amount of money while I am not in the state. I did call the bank many times and also write them the Affidavit of Check Fraud but they has declined my claim just because I
didn't notice it in 30 days. I found my money been withdrawal on 2011/12/16 and the withdrawal date is 2011/01/31.I know that I didn't notice the problem right the way is my mistake but how can I I know that I didn't notice the problem right the way is my mistake the money while I am not in the state?
It's so hard to believe that my money be withdrawal from someone not me in a branch.I never lost my ID so how could people just withdrawal the money without ID? I also told the bank the withdrawal is not my handwriting and I didn't authorize the signature.
I would like to know what I can do for asking my money back?

File a police report, and possibly a report with the FBI. You can also hire an attorney to investigate who and how the funds were transferred.
