Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
car finance contract
I bought a used car and signed both the contract of sale and retail installment and security agreement and had the car for a week before i was told they did not have finnancing for my car and was told i had to take the car back. I was told by a friend once the retail installment and security agreement was signed the deal is done and they can not take the car back, is this true?

Re: car finance contract
Your contract is the contract. Until I review it I have no idea what it says. There may be a cancel/contingency for financing.Obviously if you don't pay due to no financing they repo the car.Do you have the cash?
