Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
My Ex-husband aquired a $10k balance on a joint credit card 3 years after our divorce was final and it was to be closed. I have not had access to the accounts or cards since. Do I have a legal rights to force him to pay the debt off in full now? I need it off my credit report

If the divorce decree requires him to pay it then yes you can have the court enforce it. Also you should have your name removed from the account.
