Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
Federal Credit Union Unauthorized Account Access
I have verified with the Federal Credit Union that 2 of their employees accessed my acocunt without authorization from me. They obtained information from my account and shared it with another individual. Am I entitled to damages, and do I go after the credit union and/or the individuals?
