Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
If a home loan agency has not repaid monies owed to us for the last five months, and keep promising they will get the check to us, are we entitled to sue for an additional amount over and above the initial amount due?

You can sue only for the contract amount - i.e., whatever the contract allows.
