I am a joint owner of a bank account and recently I withdrew money from the account. The co owner now wants to press charges and is trying to get me to pay back the money. What do I do?

Re: joint bank accounts
If this is marital property, you are entitled to the money as much as the other person. If this is not marital funds, and you have no right to them then pay back any money to which you are not rightfully entitled.
