If you have no assets and no income, and cannot pay the debt just let it sit. They cannot take money from you if you do not have it. OR return to your home country, get a job and pay the debt. OR borrow the money to pay the debt from friends and family. OR you can file bankruptcy and get rid of the debt.
You were given credit, and used it, with your representation that you would repay the money. If you lied about having the ability to pay the debt, you may be guilty of fraud - which is a crime.
