Legal Question in Banking Law in Utah
I have a paycheck in my son's name who is deceased. He worked for a temp agency in Reno. No beneficiary named no will. How do I cash his check?

Someone needs to be named the Personal Representative for your son's estate, meaning some one will need to open probate for your son, and ask to be appointed.
