Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Ammending Creditors
I have been in Chapter 13 since Sept 1999. I recently received a credit report which listed four creditors which were not included in my original Chapter 13. Can I still Ammend to include these creditors if my bankruptcy has not been discharges?
Thank You
