Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Ammendments
I filed for chapter 7 at the end of October and although I thought I was thorough, I just found out that I ommitted onecreditor. I know that I have certain time to modify my list, but I am unsure as to exactly how to proceed. I have had my Creditor's Meeting. I filed by myself and my question is: What kind of paper(s) or forms do I need to submit to add this last creditor? Thanks!

Re: Ammendments
It depends on what kind of creditor it is but more than likely if it is a credit card it should be unsecured debt and listed on an AMENDED SCHEDULE F. Add the creditor and reprint your Schedule F and file it with the bankruptcy clerk's office. You must then send a copy to the creditor by mail.
Re: Ammendments
You can file an amended list of creditors with the bankruptcy clerk. There is a fee of $20.
