Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Back taxes- bankruptcy
If my debt issue is primarily taxes, is it best to deal with bankruptcy or I.R.S.? , have had negative experience with I.R.S./filed wage tax levies, also negative experience with bankruptcy attorney ,..filed dismissal/and suggested to re-file,..all fees were consumed by attorney,.. Now requesting to re-file,.. If re-filed,... full fees-( $2000.00 covering 6 months service,... and additional money for time. ) will need to be paid again,...very discouraged,..please help.

If your problems are with the IRS you will need to deal with them. Bankruptcy will generally not discharge past due taxes, so likely the IRS will be after you again. There are some exceptions, but relatively rare.
If you have disputes over fees charged by an attorney contact the Utah State Bar and file a complaint with them. Read the instructions carefully, especially that the complaint must be verified.
