Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Can the Bankruptcy Court put restrictions on attorney fees?
Are there bankruptcy rules applicable to attorney fees or are all attorney fees valid as long as they are negotiated by the petitioner and his attorney?

The bankruptcy court must approve all attorney fees, and has set guidelines which are available at the Bankruptcy Clerk's office.
