bankruptcy decision appeal
during our creditors meeting the trustee requested our income tax refunds. Is there a way to appeal his decision? It was discharged on Jan. 20th 2009.

Re: bankruptcy decision appeal
You can appeal to the bankruptcy court first, and then to the district court. But by law your refund is property of the trustee.
