Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I am going through bankruptcy as well as a divorce at the same time. My soon to be ex husband refuses to sign reaffirmation paperwork regarding my mortgage. Is there anything I can do to get this done without his signature?

If it has been court ordered, you would need to take your husband to court to have it enforced.
