Bankruptcy while incarcerated
Can a spouse file bankruptcy while husband is incarcerated? Can she claim against his bussiness and home without his knowledge or pewrmission?

A person can file for bankruptcy without notice to a spouse. Any claims she wants to make against a business or home will require notice to be enforced.
