Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Can I do bankruptcy for 2 time. I did one in the year 2000.
I have now too many accounts past due, charges off, collections and I don't have enough money to pay all those billes, thats why I'm thinking to fill again the bankruptcy. (Sorry for my spelling)

If you filed a chapter 7, you cannot file again for seven years. You should seek assistance from consumer credit counseling or some other organization which can teach you about budgeting.
