Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Bankruptcy w/ deceased co-signer
My mother is the cosigner on my auto loan that I am no longer to maintain. She died last year and I am considering bankruptcy, but I don't want it to effect my father. He is the beneficiary of her estate and they have already settled her accident claim. Any suggestions?
