Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah

bk questions

I have filed ch 13 bk and my house was on it but I since sold it. My lawyer hasnt made a motion for the trustees office to quit sending payments to the mortgage company and it has been sold for 6 months, what can I do to get this resolved? also I am contimplating letting the court dismiss my bk, will I lose my car if I do that? Will the auto finance company send me a letter telling me what I need to pay them to keep the car and can I resume payments

If the case is in MD, and you didn't get court permission to sell, both you and the buyer may be in trouble. See your lawyer about this IMMEDIATELY.
