Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Co Buyer
I am the co buyer on a vehicle w/ my ex who is the buyer. She recently filed bankruptcy and has told her attorney that she wants to reafirm the car. If she does this am I still responsible for the car payments if she does not make the payments?
