Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Chapter 13
My attorney claims they made the mistake and got me dismissed from my chapter 13 now I have to refile and start new. So they have take 3 years of taxes all ready will they take more of my taxes each year? Also I have started divorcing my wife will I need to stop that process for now.

Re: Chapter 13
You can continue your divorce notwithstanding the bankruptcy. Ask your lawyer about the taxes. He should refile for you at no cost.
