Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
If my chapter 7 bankruptcy is dismissed because I cant afford the filing fees, can they still come after my tax return?

You can apply to have the filing fee waived and ask the case to be reinstated.
It is not clear who "they" are that may come after your tax return, so no response can be made.
