Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Chapter 7 & 13
My husband got dismissed because of falure on our lawers part not submitting the proper paper work what can we do? Can we refile and not pay the lawer? How about me filing chapter 7 on my personal stuff and then my husband filing chapter 13 on the remainder? Will that lower our payment plan and still let me keep my car??

Your lawyer should refund your money or refile for you at no cost. If he does not, refer him to the Utah State Bar Association.
