Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I am contemplating filing bankruptcy. I lost my house to foreclosure last year and my car is worth a third of what I owe on it. I owe several thousand in medical bills and my credit card is maxed, I have creditors harassing me and I'm going in to collections for a few others. My wife doesn't work due to health issues/ newborn. I know my credit rating is abysmal due to all of this and I had a friend file bankruptcy several years ago and it actually improved her score.
My question is... how will this affect my current apartment rental ?

If you keep paying your rent the bankruptcy should not be a problem.
