What do I do if a creditor is calling me and threatening to sue me after my bankruptcy has been discharged?

Give the creditor your bankruptcy case number, and date of discharge. It is illegal for the creditor to call on a discharged debt. You can sue the collection agency if they have notice of your bankruptcy and continue to call.
