Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
If I file bankruptcy, does it affect my wife? We own nothing together but she has a car loan in her name. Will they take the car if it is in her name?

Your bankruptcy will not affect your wife. If payments continue current on the car it will not be taken.
