Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
can i file for chapter seven , once it is discharged can it be removed from my credit fast.
what about the claims of this companies making about removing judments and other marks. to raise my credit score..

A bankruptcy stays on your credit record for at least 10 years.
In some cases judgments can be removed, but often it is only temporary.
