Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Filed a Chapter 13 in Utah in 2009. Had a $9000 truckloan with citi financial. They never filed their claim even though we declared them on our creditors. We are about to be discharged and our attorney now says they can come repo the truck? This wasn't our fault! They were notified, shouldn't we be protected?
