Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I am in need of filing Bankruptcy. I have never filed before. I am looking for an attorney who would be willing to work on a payment plan to get the ball rolling. I have tried Legal Aide of Utah however I am getting know where with them at this point. I have made payment arrangment's with an attorney's office in another state and they are now harrassing my in laws AFTER payment plan has been made.
I am well aware of the rsponsibility of my bills, but when a life changin event occurs you have no choice but to survive at that point. Any advise on how to file on my own would be great THANKS!
