Forclosure of a home while in bancruptcy
If you are currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and you get a divorce and the home is forclosed on what happens with the bankruptcy?

You or your attorney can file a modified plan, convert the case to a Chapter 7 or allow it to be dismissed. You should discuss this with your attorney.
