garnishment and bankrupcty
When there was a garnishment previously to a bankrupcty filing and then the filing was for the full balance owed to that company, is that company supposed to refund the garnishment since the full amount was discharged for the full amount owed?

Re: garnishment and bankrupcty
Only if more than $600 was paid within 90 days of filing. Even then any refund would go to the trustee.
