Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah

Can a judgment be discharged in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

I have 2 sizeable judgments filed against me. Is it possible for me to have them discharged if I file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

Yes unless they are judgments from fraud, criminal activity, taxes or other similar debts. You can also get rid of them through a Chapter 13 (wage earner) bankruptcy where you pay your other creditors 100% and the judgments almost nothing.
