laws after being discharged from chapter 7
what laws if any protect me from creditor and personal freind that were part of my chapter 7 from taking my personal for collection of dedt owed

A chapter & bankruptcy discharges all unsecured debts - meaning debts for which there is no collateral. During the pendency of the bankrupcty all creditors are prohibited from taking any action to collect debts, sieze property, etc. If a secured creditor properly filed its claim for its debt and took all necessary steps to preserve its claim, after discharged of the bankruptcy the creditor can resume collection of the debt or to take the secured collateral.
If the creditor is unsecured, after discharge the creditor is not entitled to continue any collection activities. If the creditor persists, you can sue the creditor.
