Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Medical insurance
My medical insurance has notified me that they will be reprocessing my medical bills. I will have to pay copayments and deductibles, etc. Now if i list the insurance company will that take care of all of the providers or will I owe money?

I assume you questions has something to do with a bankruptcy in which you are involved. If you think you might owe money to anyone or any company, make sure you list them. That is the only way to get protection.
