Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
Why did I get this Notice
I am an employee of a company that recently filed ch 11 bankruptcy and today I received a notice of proposed sale of all or substsntially all of the debtors assets free and clear of liens, claims, and encumbrances, auction and sale hearing. Why? What does this mean to me? Do I need to take any action to ensure I receive payment for time worked?

Re: Why did I get this Notice
It means that the company's assets are being sold. If your employment wage claim has been filed with the court, you will be paid out of the sale proceeds.
