Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
had a Notice of interest placed on some property that are in my name. Then they took out Bankruptcy and the notice of interest is included in the bankruptcy we can't get the notice of interest removed so we can sell the property. How do we so that?

A notice of interest can only be filed if there is a valid interest - meaning you have entered into a contract with the filer of the notice that allows for the notice to be filed. If there is no valid interest in the property, you can force the filer to remove it under the unlawful lien laws.
