Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I've received a form 255 subpoena in an adversary proceeding for documents. It came from out-of-state. What obligations do I have to follow the subpoena?

Is it in a bankruptcy matter? If so, that is a federal court and you have to comply. If it's from a state court of another state, you don't.
