Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
i recently filed for backruptys my attorney got the case dismissed due to not having all the paper work, he is stating that i did not get him a certificate for a class taken online. i believe that i did give him that certificate he is now demanding i pay for the court fees to have my case reopend, should i pay this fee or is my attorney at fault?

If your attorney was at fault he should pay. The place where you took the class may have mailed him a copy upon completion. They may have a record of sending the certificate to him.
