Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I own a very small business. I have had two clients declare bankruptcy while they each owe me over $1000. Both of these occurred in past years. According to what I've just read on the Utah Bankruptcy Court web site, they were required to declare all their creditors at the time of their bankruptcy. They obviously didn't declare me because I received no notice about the cases. Do I have a legal course to collect the money owed to me?

If you were not named as a creditor, you may commence collection after they are discharged or dismissed in their bankruptcies.
