Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
my spouse is filing for bankruptsy
my souse is filing for bankruptsy on her debts. the only thing in both our names is the house which we want to keep. will her bk show up on my credit report at all.

Should not, but you will be solely obligated on the mortgage, she will be discharged from paying it.
