In an Alter Ego theory is the Plaintiff entitled to a trial by jury or is a bench trial required.
If Alter Ego is an equitable doctrine are you still entitled to jury trial.

Alter ego has nothing to do with whether a trial is by jury. Alter ego is generally used to claim that a company is the alter ego of the owner of the company and that there is no distinction between the individual and the company.
