Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Arbitraitor
How would I go about finding an
arbitraitor, and how smart would it
be to go that route? It's concerning a
dispute of a 50/50 partnership that
has dissolved leaving debt. One has
paid his 50%portion and the other is
trying to weasel out of having to pay
it leaving the other partner
responsible for more than 50%.
