Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
I attended a private college in slc ut they allow you to miss 160 hrs and for every hour missed after that you'r charged $5 they are with holding my certificate of completion and say i owe $1500 In the contract i signed upon starting the program it states... An additional $5 per hour will be charged to any student who exeeds the 160 hrs these charges are only assessed if a student fails to complete the course by the scheduled completion date mine was april 22nd 2010 i graduated april 8th two weeks early.what can i do from a legal stand point........
