Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Auctions
I have a question that has been on my mind for days now and I'm hopeing that you can help me with it.
I recently bought a truck at an auction, it runs fine and has no real problems, but I was wondering if it would be legal to sell it for it's blue book value if I only payed a tenth of it's value.

Re: Auctions
If you are the legal and rightful owner of the truck you can sell it for as much (or little) as you like.
