Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
The boss is in hock badly and is currently 13 weeks behind paying some of us employees we were wondering if we had any legal action we can take here in Utah?

Yes, file complaints with the Department of Employment Security and you can also sue him. I'd also be looking real hard for another job....
