Breach of oral contracts and money owed for services
My landlord is trying to evict me after breaching several oral contracts for services and maintenance I have provided. Money is owed to me and they refuse to pay, and are trying to evict me. What options do I have.

First try to talk to the OWNER not just the manager. If this doesn't work, go to small claims court, and take witnesses and such documents that you can obtain which support your case.
