Legal Question in Business Law in Utah

My business is LLC, and I'm the only owner on papers. Everything is in my name. However I have a business partner that is not on papers, just verbal agreement. Been doing business for over 3 years. Business partner has became a nightmare. I offered 6 month of full pay to buy a partner out, partner refused. I asked for partner to pay me 6 month, and I'll leave and partner laughed. I said, I will give you entire business, just transfer it all in your name, and remove me off of it, partner refused. Partner and I dated few years prior to business, and started business mid relationship, and ended love relationship a year ago, not just business partnership is on the way. I work 110% daily 9-17 hours daily, partner does 20% 2-5 hours daily, if that, but we split pay equally. Is always threatening to destroy business, and contact clients in unprofessional matter etc. if I don't do that partner says. What should I do? Should I just change door locks, passwords, and kick partner to the curb, and assume full responsibility.

Utah Business Code provides steps to dissolve partnership/LLC. Essentially pay all debts and then sell/split remaining assets. You cannot be forced to stay in business with undesirable partner. Since your name is on everything you can force him out. Details require consultation.
