Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
I was called by a company in Utah and persuaded to sign up for a plan to make me wealthy. I was given 3 days to rescind after I received all the materials. Some of the materials I received were not in a format I could use, so they sent more. Before I had received them all I decided I wanted to cancel. They refused, saying it was over the three days and that that material did not count. I am over 65 years old, and do not want to be in this program. Is there anything I can do?

Sue them in small claims court for recission.
