Re: CDBG grant and in-kind donations
My employer plans on using these monies for something other than building--name removed--new building. We worked hard for these monies and they will be mis used. What are the consequences, if any? We are--name removed--501 (c) 3.

If the donations are specified for a particular purpose, then they must be used that way.
